REFUND POLICY

Novacaine Festival

1.) General Refund Policy

1.1 Non Refundable Tickets

All tickets purchased for Novacaine Festival are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled as detailed below.

1.2 Ticket Exchanges

Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to another person or event.

 

2.) Event Cancellation

2.1 Full Cancellation

In the event that Novacaine Festival is cancelled in its entirety, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

2.2 Partial Cancellation

If only part of Novacaine Festival is cancelled (e.g a specific performance), no refunds will be issued for the affected portion.

2.3 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 day(s) of the cancellation announcement.

Refunds will be processed within 30day(s) of receipt of the request.

Please contact customer service for instructions on how to apply for a refund.

3.) Event Rescheduling

3.1 Rescheduled Events

If Novacaine Festival is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

No additional action is required from attendees, and tickets will be honoured at the rescheduled event.

3.2 Refunds for Rescheduled Events

If the new date is not suitable, attendees may request a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 7 day(s) following the announcement of the new date.

 

4.) Ticketing Issues

4.1 Lost or Stolen Tickets

Novacaine LTD or the festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Please ensure to keep your tickets secure.

No replacement tickets will be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

4.2 Errors in Ticket Purchase

In the event of a mistake made during the purchase process (e.g, incorrect date or type of ticket)

please contact customer service within 48 hour(s) of purchase.

Refunds or corrections will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

5.) Refund Requests

5.1 Submission Process

To request a refund, please submit a request via our contact form with the following information:

Order Number

Reason for refund request

Proof of Purchase

Email Address

Phone Number

5.2 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 30day(s) from receipt of the request.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6.) Exclusions

6.1 Special Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for situations beyond the control of the festival, including and not limited to:

Weather-related issues

Travel disruptions

Personal emergencies or illness

6.2 Additional Costs

Refunds do not cover any additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodation or other expenses.
