Novacaine Festival
1.) General
1.1 Event Information
Novacaine Festival will take place on Saturday 4th October 2025 at The Corporation, 2 Milton St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 4JU
1.2 Organiser
Novacaine Festival is organised by Novacaine LTD located at 86-90, Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE
2.) Ticketing
2.1 Ticket Purchase
Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers or the official festival website. Unauthorised resale or distribution of tickets is prohibited.
2.2 Ticket Validity
All tickets are valid only for the event date(s) specified. Please check your ticket carefully and contact customer service for any issues.
2.3 Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled. See your Refund Policy for details.
2.4 Lost or Stolen Tickets
Novacaine LTD and/or Novacaine Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. In the event of a lost or stolen ticket, please contact customer services.
3.) Entry and Admission
3.1 Entry Requirements
Attendees must present a valid ticket and photo ID upon entry. Entry may be refused if ID does not match the ticket holders name.
3.2 Age Restrictions
Novacaine Festival is strictly 18 years or older.

3.4 Re-Entry
Re-Entry to the venue is permitted with a valid wristband which will be provided when you visit the box office.
Wristbands must be kept on the wrist for the duration of the event.
4.) Health and Safety
4.1 Medical Assistance
Medical Assistance is available at designated first aid stations. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety.
4.2 Emergency Procedure
In case of emergency, follow instructions from event staff and emergency services.
Evacuation procedures will be communicated if necessary.
4.3 Liability
The festival organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Attendees participate at their own risk.
5.) Behaviour and Conduct
5.1 Code of Conduct
Attendees must adhere to a code of conduct that includes respectful behaviour towards other attendees, staff and performers.
5.2 Removal from the Event
The festival organisers and The Corporation reserves the right to remove any person from the event for inappropriate behaviour
or breach of these terms and conditions
5.3 Alcohol and Drugs
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas.
The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the event and potential legal action.
6.) Cancellation and Changes
6.1 Event Changes
Novacaine LTD reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup and venue.
No refunds will be provided for changes in the lineup or schedule.
6.2 Event Cancellation
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the festival will provide information on refund options or rescheduling
7.) Personal Data
7.1 Data Protection
Personal data collected from ticket purchases will be handled in accordance to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.

8.) Intellectual Property
8.1 Photography and Filming
Attendees may not use professional cameras, video equiptment, or drones without prior permission.
Novacaine Festival reserves the right to use images and footage for promotional purposes and without requesting permission from attendees.
9.) Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
